Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to implement cutting-edge models.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for Generative AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using MLOps methodologies.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations in all development cycles.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire technical talent.
