Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Design and implement high-level architecture for next-generation AI models and neural networks aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical strategies for integrating GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics into core product offerings.
- Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and low latency.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate novel algorithms and machine learning techniques.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Specialization: Proven track record in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
