Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation neural network architectures capable of autonomous reasoning.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Quantum Computing protocols into classical AI workflows.
- Define the engineering standards and best practices for the 2026 product suite.
- Oversee the research and development of Generative AI models with zero-shot learning capabilities.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, focusing on bias mitigation and transparency.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex 2026 visions into deployable code.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience designing large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and GPU acceleration.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
