Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural design and strategic planning for our technology initiatives leading up to the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to solve complex business problems.
- System Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures to enhance scalability and performance.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices, coding standards, and security protocols to maintain high-quality software delivery.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
