- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-resistant security
- Partner with R&D to prototype 6G infrastructure and brain-computer interfaces
- Guide product teams through technology adoption curves for emerging standards
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy discussions
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability by 2026
- Create 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
