Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era hardware and future fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption and communication systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Drive roadmap for quantum cloud platform development targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (Nature/Science/IEEE journals)
