Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional pods in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and AI research labs
- Drive adoption of carbon-negative computing architectures across product lines
- Present innovation blueprints to executive board and investor committees
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation practices
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for future-facing challenges
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen tech
- Fluency in regulatory frameworks for AI (EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
