Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for Nexus Horizon, specifically focusing on the integration of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) models by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of quantum data in real-time.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
- Prototype Development: Hands-on involvement in building the Proof of Concept (PoC) for our proprietary neural interface software.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex algorithms into intuitive user experiences.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon at major tech conferences (e.g., CES 2026, TechCrunch Disrupt) to establish our brand as the leader in futuristic tech.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead long-term technical roadmaps and anticipate future industry shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Agility: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments and delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines.
