Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision for 2026+ milestones
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to prepare for market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
- Build and maintain global network of industry experts, academic partners, and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-oriented innovation methodologies and strategic thinking
- Integrate foresight insights into product development, business planning, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Social Sciences; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology strategy, or innovation fields
