Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development opportunities
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable ROI tracking
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and monitor progress against targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
