Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI Infrastructure roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design complex distributed systems using microservices and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Drive the integration of generative AI and large language models into core product offerings.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and security.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience working in agile/Scrum environments and driving sprint outcomes.
