Responsibilities

- Ensure ethical AI standards and compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
