Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and AGI agents.
- Lead the research and integration of quantum computing algorithms to accelerate neural network training.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Optimize system latency and throughput to meet the demands of real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Define the technical roadmap for the AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Extensive experience building and deploying large-scale machine learning systems (5+ years).
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural symbolic integration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of innovation in AI research.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
