Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and deploy robust, high-performance AI models and infrastructure pipelines for large-scale applications.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Agentic AI: Implement autonomous agent workflows and multi-agent systems to automate complex business logic.
- RAG Implementation: Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and guide the engineering team through complex architectural decisions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate novel AI capabilities into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Tools: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
