Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure designed to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our Machine Learning platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate advanced AI models into production environments.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering, to assess their viability for our stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization for high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
