Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that align with the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on predictive modeling and generative AI.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring high performance, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced NLP) and evaluate their potential application in our ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in senior leadership or architecture roles within the AI/ML domain.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
