Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and prototype novel machine learning algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
