Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI systems, ensuring high availability and performance under heavy load.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and C-level executives to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve model accuracy and reduce computational costs.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, conducting proof-of-concepts for novel technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on system scalability and fault tolerance.
