Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead a cross-functional team in scouting, testing, and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Neural Interfaces.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technological visions to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for high-stakes investments.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, open-source communities, and industry pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the technical infrastructure required to support scalable growth and ensure robust security protocols for future tech deployment.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or R&D management capacity.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting market trends and translating them into actionable product strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
