Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI infrastructure, setting the technical vision for the next three years.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
- Pioneering Research Integration: Identify and integrate cutting-edge AI models and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Architecture Skills: Proven experience designing microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
