Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for 2026, identifying key milestones and technical requirements.
- Research & Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary machine learning models and algorithms that set industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core product suite.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Innovation Management: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Natural Language Processing.
- Paper & Patent Strategy: Drive the publication of research findings and guide intellectual property strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
