Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for 3D assets, animations, and 2D motion graphics for global campaigns.
- Develop high-fidelity 3D models, textures, and lighting setups using industry-standard software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).
- Optimize 3D workflows and rendering pipelines to ensure maximum performance on web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback to elevate the entire creative department's output.
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into user interfaces.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in 3D rendering, real-time graphics, and interactive storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 3D art, animation, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Adobe After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from photorealistic rendering to stylized animation.
- Deep understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with real-time engines (Unity/Unreal) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
