Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-velocity real-time inference.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization to meet production-grade performance metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, contributing to our internal patent portfolio and technical white papers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in deploying models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
