Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Lead the architecture of distributed systems that ensure high availability, security, and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
- Oversee the deployment of proprietary LLMs and autonomous agents across cloud environments.
- Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven experience designing scalable machine learning pipelines and data lakes.
- Strong background in natural language processing and computer vision technologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse, high-performance engineering team.
