Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT service tickets within our ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations for new employees.
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
