Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (FedRAMP)
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and government partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java/Python and modern frameworks (Spring, Django)
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in RESTful API development and microservices architecture
- Experience with federal government IT projects preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
