Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with data-backed rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion metrics
- Establish design governance frameworks for scalable growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field
- Financial services industry background preferred
