Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and hardware inventories.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification or similar technical certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
