Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming IT support tickets during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for remote and on-site users.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates during low-traffic hours.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management or the day-shift team as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory and remote connectivity tools (VPN, Remote Desktop).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
