Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance using profiling tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python/Java and modern frameworks (Django/Spring)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud architecture experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic aptitude
