Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to identify strategic advantages
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and incubation projects
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or corporate development
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
