- Develop and execute the 2026 Vision Program roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis

- Produce strategic foresight reports and stakeholder presentations with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
