Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Champion innovation workshops that translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and societal evolution
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Represent Nexus at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies for C-suite decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on future trends
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level innovation frameworks implemented
