Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Track record of scaling innovations to enterprise levels
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies for R&D
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
