Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 50+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 systems in enterprise environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Support cloud infrastructure including Azure and Office 365
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Provide end-user training on security protocols
- Collaborate with network engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in SCCM and Intune management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for site visits
- Available to start within 48 hours of offer
