Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation procedures
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize digital reporting tools to document inventory movements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for payment apps
- Valid government-issued ID and social security number
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
