- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle count procedures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize productivity metrics
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environment
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/WMS preferred)
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for entire shift
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
