Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom layouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
