Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (WMS systems a plus)
- Flexible availability including weekends/shift work
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Milwaukee residency preferred for immediate start
