Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inbound and outbound loading and unloading of trailers using a forklift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and reconcile stock discrepancies as they arise.
- Assist in cycle counts and stockroom organization to ensure inventory integrity.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
