Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations team (5-8 members) with clear direction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate efficient loading/unloading activities
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and end-of-day reporting
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse setting
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with flexible weekday hours
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
