Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design projects from ideation to final implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design optimization
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
