Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Node.js and Python
- Design and implement AWS-based cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) for 99.99% uptime
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across all environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js/Python
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Proficient with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
