Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java, Python, and AWS

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural discussions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and databases
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-traffic applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Active AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
