Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot local and network printer connectivity.
- Configure and maintain desktop environments using standard image management tools.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Knowledge Base.
- Assist with password resets and user account management.
- Collaborate with network engineers to resolve connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs for deployment.
- Must be available to start immediately.
