Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Billy Graham Pkwy location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in varied temperature conditions
