Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback
- Train new team members on company protocols and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Spanish bilingual certification a major plus
