Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through quality service
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and data entry accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
