Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing inquiries and service issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document cases in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for CSAT and handle time
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience ideal)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume setting
- Must pass background check and drug screen immediately
