Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM software and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (20+ resolved cases daily)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven settings
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts (1-2 days/week)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional client visits)
